About Tariq Karim

Tariq graduated from The University of Manchester in 2004 with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy and has since furthered his Musculo-Skeletal and Orthopaedic knowledge and skills progressing to an extended role as an Advanced Orthopaedic Practitioner, with a special interest in foot and ankle, at Wrightington Hospital.

His post-graduate education includes a MSc in Trauma & Orthopaedics from the University of Salford, non-medical prescribing, injection therapy including fluoroscopy guided injection of the foot and ankle.

He was previously a CSP Union Rep, honorary lecturer and visiting tutor at the Manchester School of Physiotherapy and currently sits on the committee of the North West Advanced Practice Network and Association of Foot & Ankle Physiotherapists (AFAP).
