About Matt Daly

I am a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and would describe myself as a specialist generalist who doesn’t like to get tied down to too many body parts. I use injection therapy as part of

my practice having completed my SOMM A,B, C and the Diploma in Injection Therapy training in 2006 and I am currently a SOMM Faculty member and injection tutor. I have also read at the University of Brighton for my MSc in Manipulative Physiotherapy gaining membership of the MACP. I have been part of the MACP Executive Committee in roles as Secretary and Communications Officer.

In the past few years, I completed my PG Dip in MSK Ultrasound and use this in my clinical practice. I have not seen any babies in the rotator cuff despite every patient asking me this question.

I am a competitive triathlete, and I have also completed my PGDip in Sport and Exercise Injury Management more or less to treat myself.

I am a HEE Fellow having completed a fellowship around First Contact Physiotherapy, an FCP Supervisor Trainer, and I am ‘probably’ the first FCP in East Sussex having started practicing in 2018. I have also completed the Rosalind Franklin Leadership Programme.
