About Jai Mistry

Jai is a Spinal APP working at St Georges hospital in South West London. He is currently undertaking a PhD at Western University in Ontario, Canada. His clinical work and research interests relate largely to spinal mediated leg pain. Jai is also passionate about EDI and leads at a departmental level on numerous EDI projects and teachings. Jai has an interest in decolonising methodology, in particular the legacy of colonialism on current healthcare and health inequalities on racially marginalised people.
