About Rachel Jackson

Rachel qualified at St Thomas’ Hospital School of Physiotherapy. Completing rotational posts before starting to specialise in Respiratory and Care of the Older Person. Rachel has experience of working in a variety of settings including acute, community and GP practices. Rachel completed MSc Advanced Practice at the University of the West of England via the modular route whist working as a clinical lead, then a Hospital at Night Team and subsequently a Frailty Matron. Rachel is currently working as a Consultant Practitioner on a Community Inpatient Ward whilst also completing a PGCert in Medical Education.
