About Vicki Currie

Vicki Currie is and Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist currently working in the Emergency Department at Salford Care Organisation. Previously she has extensive experience in MSK physiotherapy in primary and secondary care settings both as a clinician and team lead. She progressed to an Advanced Practice role in the MSK CATS service in Salford in 2016. She is an injection therapist and non-medical prescriber and completed her MSc in 2020. She has an interest in cauda equina syndrome and has been co-author of 2 recently published papers, retrospective studies focusing on determining risk characteristics for radiological cauda equina compression.
